Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Bosse Stenhard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Hawkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stenhard comes to the ring accompanied by Blur - Song 2. Hawkins has chosen Cockney Rejects - I'm Forever Blowing Bubbles as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hawkins avoids the head kick by Stenhard.
Stenhard throws a head kick but Hawkins moves out of range.
Stenhard throws a shot from downtown. Hawkins moves away and avoids it.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Stenhard lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Hawkins has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Hawkins and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Hawkins tries to close the distance and clinch but Stenhard swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Hawkins plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Hawkins rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Stenhard moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

and Stenhard counters with a left and a right that stings Hawkins.

Hawkins goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Stenhard takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hawkins is looking to clinch.
Stenhard seems to have got his legs back now.
Stenhard dodges the punch combination from Hawkins.
Hawkins shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Hawkins is rocked!

Hawkins fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Stenhard, pushing him back against the ropes.

Stenhard breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
