Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Juarez Silviano Barbosa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexandr Stenkov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Barbosa comes into the arena with Kid Cudi - Just What I Am ft. King Chip blaring out of the sound system. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Illya Tyunina and Igor Prikhodko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barbosa throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Stenkov sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Barbosa checks the leg kick nicely there.
Barbosa missing with a left hand there. Stenkov was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Stenkov scores with a one two! Barbosa had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Stenkov rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Barbosa moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Barbosa lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Stenkov has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Stenkov and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Stenkov swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Juarez Silviano Barbosa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Barbosa throws a sloppy head kick and Stenkov moves out of range easily.

Barbosa on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Barbosa throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
It looks like Alexandr Stenkov has been cut.

Stenkov lands a nice leg kick that just misses Barbosa's sensitive parts.

What can Barbosa do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Barbosa is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet.
Barbosa is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Stenkov gets his way!
Stenkov controls the position.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
It looks like Stenkov might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

and Stenkov counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Barbosa tries to work over Stenkov's front leg with a kick but Stenkov checks it.

Barbosa is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Stenkov.
Some bone on bone action there as Stenkov checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Barbosa slips a jab and a cross from Stenkov.
Stenkov uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Stenkov throws a right hand that Barbosa ducks under and follows up with a left that Barbosa also avoids with ease.

Stenkov throws a solid leg kick but Barbosa takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Stenkov.

Barbosa fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Stenkov.

Barbosa lands a big head kick that sends Stenkov tumbling to the mat! Barbosa takes a step backwards and waves Stenkov back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Barbosa drops Stenkov with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Stenkov looks back up at him and smiles so Barbosa waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Stenkov is rocked!

Barbosa seems to be stalking Stenkov here. He circles momentarily and then unleashes a devastatic head kick! Stenkov drops like a stone, out cold! WOW! Are you kidding me!? What a knockout!
