Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Lucifer Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Boby Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jones comes to the cage accompanied by Weapon of Choice. Lee has chosen Lonnie G - Sweep as his entrance music. Boby Lee has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
27 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Lucifer Jones! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
21 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Boby Lee! The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Robert Douchet and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lee drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Jones is not content to let Lee control the position. Lee throwing strikes but missing, from side control. Sloppy strikes there by Lee. Jones dodges the ground and pound from Lee. Jones is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Lee is controlling him well. Jones is trying to control Lee's posture but Lee avoids it. Lee creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Jones sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Jones is trying to control Lee's posture but Lee avoids it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lee lands a few punches from side control. Jones takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jones tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Lee wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Lee connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Jones some visible discomfort.
Lee working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Jones sneaks back into half guard. Lee throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Jones is looking to improve his position.
Jones keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. This has been an exciting period of action! Lee sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Jones defending well though. Jones wants to get back to his feet. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Jones is trying to control but can't.
Lee working the head and body with strikes. Jones trying to control but Lee postures up.
Lee missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Lee not landing any meaningful shots this time. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Lee lands a nice short elbow. Lee throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Lee looks to land a strike but Jones avoids it nicely and regains full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lee working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Lee pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Jones is keeping the position for now. Lee is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Lee postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Jones is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Lee won't allow Jones to get back to his feet. Jones looking for a sweep. Not yet Jones, not yet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lee missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Lee looking to sit in guard and control but Jones gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Jones tries to stand but Lee is controlling from the bottom. Lee is pulling down on Jones's head. It's preventing any offense from Jones, at least for the moment. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Lee throws an off balance right hand
and Jones connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Jones pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Lee throws a jab but it's blocked by Jones. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Boby Lee dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Jones thuds his right hand into Lee's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Lee fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Jones manages to avoid it. Lee slips under a jab from Jones. Lee closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Lee throws a punch but it's blocked by Jones. Jones is trying to stall.
Lee lands a nice shot to the body. Jones stalling in the clinch.
Lee avoids the elbow strike from Jones, against the cage.
Jones is trying to maintain a safe position but Lee gets an underhook and turns Jones into the cage. Lee blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lee takes a shot to the head. Lee blocks the elbow strike.
Jones stalls. Jones misses with a hook to the ribs.
Lee manages to break the clinch.
Jones takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Jones slips a straight right by Lee. Jones ducks under a wild hook from Lee. Jones connects with a right hand. Lee shakes it off. Jones cracks the inside of Lee's front leg.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Jones.
Lee loads up on a big right hand but Jones slips the punch. Lee is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent. Jones will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Jones jabbing away but nothing is landing. No joy there for Lee, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
The fighters circling - Jones throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Jones leaves Lee with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Jones fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Lee has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lee moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Lee throws an off balance right hand
and Jones counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Jones ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Lee moves away. Jones moves away from the strike by Lee. Lee scores with the left hand. Jones knows he should have avoided that one. A punch combination from Jones misses. Lee throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Lee waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Jones. Jones needs to keep his hands up - Lee had a free shot at his head there. Nice jab there from Lee.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lee scores with a body shot.
Lee misses with a double jab.
Lee moves into the clinch successfully.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch. Jones tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Jones manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Jones lands a left hand.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Both guys are working to get underhooks. Jones slows down the pace here.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Lucifer Jones will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Nice body kick there by Jones. Boby Lee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Lee throws a right hand that Jones ducks under and follows up with a left that Jones also avoids with ease. Jones misses with a looping left. Jones tries to clinch up and Lee connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Jones lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Lee circles away quickly and effectively. Jones moves out of range as Lee strikes.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jones wants to clinch. Lee moves away from the strike by Jones. Jones lands a nice shot to the body.
Jones keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Lee. A telegraphed right hand from Lee misses the target. Jones misses with a jab to the body
and Lee counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. A slow jab from Jones misses its intended target. The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Lee checks a leg kick.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lee missing with a left hand there. Jones was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. The fighters circling - Lee throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Jones with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Lee tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Jones lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Jones takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
No joy there for Jones, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Lee throws a hook but Jones blocks it. Lee keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Jones walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jones takes one to the side of the head.
Lee on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Jones misses with a low kick.
Jones tries to clinch up. Jones wants to clinch up but Lee keeps it at a distance. Lee displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Jones throws out the jab. Jones throws a half hearted mid kick. Jones misses the shot to the body. Lee shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Jones as he avoids it easily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Nice body punch from Lee. Jones throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Lee cracks a nice hook into Jones's ribs. Jones stuffs the takedown attempt from Lee. Lee gets slowly back to his feet. Lee fails to land the takedown. Lucifer Jones has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Boby Lee. Lee throws a series of strikes that have Jones backpedaling.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Lee throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Lee uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Jones.
And that's the end of the fight! Lucifer Jones showed his dominance in that final round. I think Jones has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
