Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 1 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Hirohito Nitta and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Earth Jr walks forward, straight into a front kick from Knives.
Knives throws a solid leg kick but Earth Jr takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Knives.
Knives avoids the body shot from Earth Jr.
Earth Jr closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Knives's guard.

Earth Jr is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Knives wants to sweep here but Earth Jr controlling him for the moment.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Knives can do anything to dispel that myth.
Earth Jr wants to control from the top but Knives keeps moving.
Earth Jr stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Knives swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Knives is looking to stand up but Earth Jr isn't so interested in that idea.

Earth Jr has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Earth Jr thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Earth Jr drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Earth Jr jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Knives pulls Earth Jr in close to prevent any damage.

Knives is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Knives lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Earth Jr is breathing heavily.
Knives uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Knives scores with a spinning back kick!
A slapping body kick lands there for Knives.
Knives bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.

Million Knives was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
