The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A solid leg kick lands there for McLachlan.
Silva scores with a one two! McLachlan had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Silva shoots in looking for a takedown but McLachlan manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Silva's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
McLachlan closes the distance and clinches.
Silva breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Silva rushes McLachlan and presses him up against the cage.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Silva is trying to pull guard but McLachlan has him pressed against the cage.
Silva dodges an elbow strike from McLachlan.
Silva pulls guard.
McLachlan wants to stand but Silva has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Silva looking for a triangle here. McLachlan is fighting it but it looks tight! Silva pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, McLachlan is tapping out - this one is all over!
