Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Osama Bakak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sheamus Behrooz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Osama Bakak! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Sheamus Behrooz! The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Alec Ball and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Behrooz dodges the punch combination from Bakak.
Bakak really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Behrooz is trying hard to land a takedown here. Bakak sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Bakak tries to score a power double leg takedown but Behrooz sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Bakak somewhat. Bakak looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Bakak trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Bakak chips away with some ground and pound. Bakak might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Bakak looking to pass the guard. Bakak throws a big elbow that misses. Behrooz keeping moving, preventing Bakak from controlling successfully. Bakak got a little sloppy there for a moment and Behrooz has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Bakak has managed to get both his arms back between Behrooz's legs - danger averted. Behrooz working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Bakak. Bakak being controlled here momentarily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bakak is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Bakak preventing the sweep. Behrooz utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Bakak trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Bakak postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Bakak wants to control from the top but Behrooz keeps moving. Bakak drops back, looking for a kneebar! Behrooz looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Behrooz looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Behrooz! Bakak is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fighters are battling for position here. Bakak manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Behrooz throws an elbow that misses. Bakak uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Behrooz's guard. Nice move by Bakak! Bakak sitting in guard here, content to control. Bakakis looking to pass into half guard but Behrooz pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Behrooz is in guard. Behrooz controls the pace of the fight for a moment. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Bakak looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Bakak is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Behrooz defends well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bakak has his foot on Behrooz's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Behrooz works his way back into a safe position though. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Behrooz throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Bakak is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Behrooz tries to free his leg and advance position but Bakak is retaining full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bakak can't keep his opponent in guard - Behrooz advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Behrooz wants to work for an arm triangle but Bakak is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Bakak is refusing to be controlled, as Behrooz sits in half guard. Bakak trying to hold on to Behrooz's head to control him but Behrooz postures up.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Bakak looking for submissions off his back. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Osama Bakak dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Behrooz misses with a takedown attempt - Bakak sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Bakak changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Behrooz looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Bakak cracks Behrooz with a big right hand but Behrooz just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Bakak lands some shots froms side control. Bakak lands a decent elbow from side control. Behrooz is looking for a sweep. Bakak decides to stand up, so the ref orders Behrooz to his feet. Behrooz misses with a wild combination.
Sheamus Behrooz is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Bakak works over Behrooz's head and body with a nice combination.
Behrooz is rocked! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Behrooz throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Behrooz is still on wobbly legs! Can Bakak finish him? Bakak lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bakak moves in looking to clinch but Behrooz pushes him off. Bakak misses with a double jab
and Bakak takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Behrooz seems to have recovered his senses. Behrooz pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Behrooz is breathing heavily. Bakak throws a head kick but Behrooz moves out of range.
Bakak throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Behrooz's waist but Behrooz gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Bakak off to one side. A head kick by Bakak misses and Behrooz counters with a lovely shot to the body. Behrooz misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Bakak pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Bakak shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Behrooz defends it nicely. Behrooz fails with an attempt to clinch.
Bakak throws a head kick but Behrooz moves out of range.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bakak misses the jab. Bakak throws a sloppy head kick and Behrooz moves out of range easily. Bakak misses with a right hand and Behrooz counters with a left and a right that stings Bakak. Behrooz fails with an attempt to clinch.
Bakak throws a lazy head kick and Behrooz connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Bakak is trying hard to land a takedown here. Behrooz sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Osama Bakak. That's going to take a lot out of him. Bakak keeps the fight on the outside. Osama Bakak seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Behrooz fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Bakak fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Behrooz misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Behrooz looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Bakak is fending him off so far but Behrooz persists. Nope, Bakak circles away and we're back to standing. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Bakak looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Bakak throws a right and a left that both miss.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Behrooz changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bakak tries to avoid it but Behrooz manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bakak to the ground. Bakak escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Bakak shoots in for a double leg but Behrooz sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Bakak digs a good hook to Behrooz's body.
Behrooz scores with a takedown into Bakak's guard. Bakak working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Behrooz doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Behrooz manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Bakak keeping moving, preventing Behrooz from controlling successfully. Behrooz really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bakak. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bakak looking for a triangle here. Behrooz is fighting it but it looks tight! Bakak pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Behrooz is tapping out - this one is all over!
