Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ralph Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sammy Sugarol (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Sammy Sugarol was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
13 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ralph Gracie!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
18 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Sammy Sugarol!
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Ben Zyskovitsi and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie blocks a jab.
Ralph Gracie seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gracie lands a right hook to the body.
Sugarol misses with a two punch combination.
Gracie swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Sugarol counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Sugarol pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Gracie back to the cage. Sugarol follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
It looks like Ralph Gracie has been cut.
Gracie throws a combination. Sugarol tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
It looks like Sammy Sugarol has been cut.
Gracie thows a left - swing and a miss!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Gracie throws a leg kick that is checked
and Sugarol cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Nice takedown defense from Sugarol. No joy for Gracie on that attempt.
Sugarol moves out of range as Gracie strikes.
The fighters circle momentarily. Sugarol darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Gracie lands a nice shot to the body.
Sugarol jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Gracie really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Gracie moves out of range of the leg kick from Sugarol.
Gracie throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Gracie shoots in for a takedown but Sugarol shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Gracie cracks Sugarol with a right hand to the side of the head.
Sugarol is rocked!
Sugarol bobbing and weaving nicely... He's ducked under a jab and ducks again but ooooooh! Gracie comes at him with an uppercut from hell! Sugarol falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Sugarol was out before he hit the floor!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Ralph Gracie!
