Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Shigeki Fujiwara and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Champion thuds a left hand into Dragon's body.
Champion fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Dragon looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Champion scores with a hook to the body. Dragon takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Champion stuffs the takedown attempt from Dragon. Dragon gets slowly back to his feet.
Nice takedown defense from Champion. No joy for Dragon on that attempt.
Dragon shoots in for a takedown but Champion shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Green Dragon. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Dragon shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Champion manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Dragon pushing down on Champion's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Champion is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
Champion wants to control but Dragon is having none of it.

Champion is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Dragon locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Champion is forced to tap!
