Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ray Devon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brock Lesnar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ray Devon! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Brock Lesnar! The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Dean Styles and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lesnar takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Lesnar fails with a takedown attempt. Devon swats away the attempt to clinch by Lesnar. Devon gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Lesnar counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Devon's guard now. Lesnar trying to control the position from guard on top but Devon is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Lesnar stopping the sweep attempt from Devon. Devon working a defensive guard here.
Lesnar really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Devon. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Lesnar trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Devon manages to land a sweep and now he's on top!
That's one minute gone in the round. Devon sitting in guard, not really doing much. Lesnar wants to stand and escape but Devon is having none of it. Lesnar trying to control the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Lesnar wants to get back to his feet but Devon passes into half guard.
Lesnar looking for submissions off his back. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Devon in particular looking to stall.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Devon has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Devon trying to control from half guard but Lesnar is working away. Devon perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Lesnar is not content to let Devon control the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Ray Devon just wasn't active enough. Devon fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Lesnar to the ground. Devon is now in Lesnar's guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lesnar is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Devon looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Lesnar is working an open guard so Devon takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Lesnar shoots in looking for a takedown but Devon manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Lesnar's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Devon clinches with his opponent.
Lesnar misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Devon.
Devon drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Lesnar gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Lesnar is trying to pull guard but Devon has him pressed against the cage. Ray Devon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Brock Lesnar.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Devon decides to pull guard. Lesnar must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Devon is on top in guard.
Devon passes into half guard. Devon throwing shots but Lesnar is blocking nicely. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Devon slows the pace down in half guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Lesnar trying to hold on to Devon's head to control him but Devon postures up.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ray Devon dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Devon rushes Lesnar and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Devon's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Devon's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Lesnar tries for a takedown but Devon sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Lesnar misses with a head kick.

and Devon counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Lesnar being controlled against the cage. Lesnar stalling the fight.
That's one minute gone in the round. Devon manages to break the clinch.
Devon defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Lesnar. Devon moves into the clinch. Devon breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Devon tries to clinch but fails miserably and Lesnar counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Devon tries for a takedown but Lesnar sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Devon looks for a takedown but Lesnar sprawls well. Devon fails with an attempt to clinch.
Devon doesn't manage to clinch there - Lesnar circles away.
Lesnar fails to land the takedown. Ray Devon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Brock Lesnar. Devon shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lesnar throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Devon working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Devon advances position into side control! Lesnar is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Devon is one step ahead and moves to full mount! Lesnar is breathing heavily. Devon lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Lesnar hang on? Devon looking to control but Lesnar is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Devon controlling from the full mount. Devon raining down hammerfists from mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Devon prevents Lesnar from getting the reversal. Devon working for a guillotine from mount but Lesnar is in no mood to give up. Devon content just to control the position here. Lesnar is bucking up trying to escape but Devon cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lesnar is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Devon controlling his opponent. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Devon cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Lesnar is working to get back to half guard.
Devon working Lesnar over with strikes here. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Lesnar is looking to improve his position but Devon isn't that keen on the idea. Devon looking to control and managing it successfully. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ray Devon dominated that second round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Devon feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Devon is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Devon gets to his feet. Lesnar looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Devon misses with a wild combination.
Lesnar drives through and clinches with Devon against the cage.
Lesnar has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Devon uses from the top position. Lesnar looking to control.
Devon stands and steps away. Lesnar gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Devon controlling Lesnar's posture. Devon is looking to stand up but Lesnar isn't so interested in that idea. Devon trying to control the position here. Devon is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Devon trying to control from Lesnar's half guard. Lesnar has other ideas though and has regained full guard. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Lesnar can do anything to dispel that myth. Devon throwing strikes but missing. Lesnar is looking to stand up but Devon isn't so interested in that idea. Lesnar is trying to control the position but Devon postures up. Lesnar takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Lesnar is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Devon is controlling him. Devon advances position into side control!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lesnar taking a bit of punishment here - Devon scoring with strikes. Lesnar is working to avoid the ground and pound but Devon connects with a decent elbow. Devon advances nicely into full mount. Devon controlling the position easily from mount. Lesnar tries to reverse the position but Devon maintains control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lesnar is in a horrible position here. Devon smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Devon controlling his opponent. Brock Lesnar has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Ray Devon is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Devon working away from the top, dropping strikes.
And that's the end of the fight! Ray Devon showed his dominance in that final round. Well Devon has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
