Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hot Rod (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lord Vader (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vader is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Same Ol' Road. Lord Vader is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Hot Rod!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
24 - 15 - 2, fighting out of St Petersburg, Lord Vader!
The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Fedor Mirinova and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rod throws a shot from downtown. Vader moves away and avoids it.
No luck for Vader with that takedown attempt.
Vader slips a jab and a cross from Rod.
Vader moves away from the strike by Rod.
Vader has his takedown stuffed
and Vader takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Vader shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Rod pinned against the cage. Rod gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Hot Rod has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lord Vader.
Vader tries for a takedown but Rod sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Rod moves in looking to clinch but Vader pushes him off.
Rod scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Rod misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Vader.
Vader gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Vader jumps into guard, dragging Rod to the mat.
That's one minute gone in the round.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Vader escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Rod gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Rod knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Vader on the ground.
Vader looking for a guillotine here but Rod defends easily.
Vader looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Rod is defending well. Vader quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Rod has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Vader celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Lord Vader!
A very excited looking Lord Vader made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
