Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Giordano Bruno (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raul Gonzalez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bruno kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Preliator. Raul Gonzalez is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Giordano Bruno! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
20 - 17 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Raul Gonzalez! The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Winston Howard and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bruno keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Gonzalez wants to clinch up but Bruno keeps it at a distance. Bruno jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Gonzalez fails to land the takedown. Gonzalez shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Bruno sprawls well. Bruno wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Gonzalez gets slowly back to his feet. Bruno stuffs the takedown. Giordano Bruno has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Raul Gonzalez. A nice combination there by Bruno.
It looks like Raul Gonzalez has been cut. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Bruno cracks the inside of Gonzalez's front leg. Gonzalez misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Bruno scores with a jab to the jaw. The fighters circle momentarily. Bruno darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Gonzalez keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Bruno scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Gonzalez looks gassed! Bruno changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Bruno lands a nice leg kick that just misses Gonzalez's sensitive parts. Raul Gonzalez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bruno wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Bruno shakes his hands by his side, trying to relax. Gonzalez takes his eyes off the ball for a moment - Bruno sees the opportunity and cracks him with a massive hook! Gonzalez bends double and collapses on top of himself - he's out! The crowd are going absolutely nuts! Wow, what a knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Giordano Bruno! Our winner, Giordano Bruno, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
