Pat has chosen Project Pat - What Cha Starin' At as his entrance music. Project Pat will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cullen walks into a jab.
It looks like Kaely Cullen has been cut.
Cullen ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Pat moves away.
Pat moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
A looping hook to the body misses from Cullen. Pat does a little dance to reset his feet.
Cullen moves into the clinch successfully.
Pat throws an elbow that misses.
Pat misses with a punch on the inside.

Pat is looking to break free of the clinch but Cullen has double underhooks.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Pat just misses with a elbow thrown towards Cullen's brow.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Cullen tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Pat throws a front kick aimed at Cullen's knee but Cullen avoids it well.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Pat checks a leg kick.
Cullen attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.

Pat turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Good shot there by Pat.
Some wild striking there from Cullen.
Pat misses with a low kick.
Pat fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Cullen manages to avoid it.

Cullen takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Cullen is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Pat. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Pat utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Pat wants to get back to his feet but Cullen is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Pat holds on and takes a little breather.
Cullen has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Cullen with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Pat to score with a decent uppercut.
Jeez, Kaely Cullen's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The fighters circle momentarily. Pat darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Kaely Cullen's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
