Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Marshall Harris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Clark Devereaux (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Harris might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Kiss Me I'm Shit Faced. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Clark Devereaux!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Tiny Johnson and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harris displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Devereaux.
Harris blocks a head kick by Devereaux.
Devereaux closes the distance looking to clinch
and Harris counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Devereaux!
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Harris with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Harris is working for a guillotine from mount but Devereaux frees his head quite easily.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Harris is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Devereaux is surviving well by controlling Harris's body position as best he can.
Devereaux wants to control but Harris is having none of it.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Harris working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Devereaux turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Harris off and cradles Devereaux's limp body as Harris celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Marshall Harris!
