Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jason Mckein (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Janvier Denar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Jason Mckein!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Janvier Denar!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Paul Tew and Sam Margolis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Denar misses with a wild body shot.
Denar slaps away a takedown attempt from Mckein, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Denar throws the kick towards the body but Mckein avoids it.
Denar throws a push kick but Mckein slaps the foot to one side.
Denar throws a head kick that misses.
Mckein throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Denar's waist but Denar gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Mckein off to one side.
Mckein shoots in but Denar avoids the takedown attempt easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jason Mckein. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Denar throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Denar gets off balance looking for a body kick

and Mckein counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Mckein.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Denar keeping moving, preventing Mckein from controlling successfully.
Mckein has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Mckein stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Denar swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Denar has his foot on Mckein's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Mckein works his way back into a safe position though.

Mckein throwing strikes from guard but Denar blocks nicely.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Mckein throws a big right hand that misses.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Denar is on top in guard.
Mckein wants to get back to his feet but Denar is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Mckein is trying to control the position but Denar postures up.
Mckein pulls Denar in close to his closed guard and prevents Denar from doing any damage or advancing position.
Mckein lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Denar!

Denar really wants to buck Mckein off and get back to his feet.
Denar is looking to improve his position but Mckein isn't that keen on the idea.
Mckein looking to control but Denar is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Denar tries to hold on but Mckein pushes him away.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Denar might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Mckein kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Denar avoids a series of strikes thrown by Mckein.
Mckein looking to control but Denar is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Mckein misses with a head shot.
Denar avoids a series of strikes thrown by Mckein.
Mckein controlling from mount.
Mckein throwing strikes here but Denar is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.

Denar looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back!
Denar is keeping busy.
Mckein avoiding Denar 's attempts to control his hands.
Denar manages to reverse the position and now he's in Mckein's guard. Nice work there by Denar.
Mckein really is a fat lump.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Mckein wants to stand but Denar is controlling the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jason Mckein dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Denar cracks a nice hook into Mckein's ribs.
Mckein has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Mckein there as he acknowledges the shot.


It looks like Jason Mckein has been cut.
Mckein shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Denar as he avoids it easily.
Denar lands a two punch combo.
Denar lands with an uppercut that bounces Mckein off the cage and back into range.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Mckein looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Denar is fending him off so far but Mckein persists. Nope, Denar circles away and we're back to standing.

Denar lands a left and a right that send Mckein crashing to the mat, dazed. Denar thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!


Mckein is rocked!
Denar goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Oh Mckein is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Mckein shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jason Mckein. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Denar looks to land a body kick but Mckein moved away.
Mckein seems to have got his legs back now.
Denar misses with a kick to the body.
Mckein tries for a takedown but Denar sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Janvier Denar seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Mckein shoots in but Denar avoids the takedown attempt easily.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Denar looks for the body kick but Mckein saw that one coming.
Denar pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Denar throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Denar fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Mckein is out of range.
Denar looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Denar throws a head kick that misses.
Denar stalks Mckein and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Mckein's face. Mckein staggers backwards, shaken.


Jason Mckein's cut is getting worse.
Mckein shoots in looking for a takedown but Denar manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Mckein's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Denar dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Mckein takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Denar lands with a precision combination! Left, right, uppercut and Mckein falls flat on his face, eyes wide open but he's out!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:06 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Janvier Denar!
