Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Carlito Brigante (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pentti Hirvonen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brigante comes to the cage accompanied by LMFAO - Party Rock Anthem. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hirvonen misses with a low kick.
Hirvonen shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Brigante counters with a nice leg kick.
Brigante uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Hirvonen.
Hirvonen feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Brigante s jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Carlito Brigante seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Brigante gets cracked there but stands up to it.

Brigante thuds his right hand into Hirvonen's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

Brigante fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Hirvonen manages to avoid it.

Hirvonen wants to clinch up but Brigante keeps it at a distance.
A decent looking cross lands there for Hirvonen.
Brigante throws a half hearted mid kick.
Hirvonen looks to land a combination but Brigante avoids it well.
A lazy left from Brigante finds it's target.
Brigante gets caught napping as Hirvonen dives in and scores a takedown. Brigante manages to retain guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Brigante seems keen to control Hirvonen's posture.

Hirvonen landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Hirvonen moves into full mount! Brigante won't be happy about that!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

And thats the end of the round the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Carlito Brigante will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Brigante will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Hirvonen blocks a low kick nicely.
Hirvonen feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Hirvonen stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Brigante swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
