Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jay Zol (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jessie Mach (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jessie Mach is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jessie Mach!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Daniel Bishop and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mach leaves Zol with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Zol tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Mach swivels and escapes.
Zol scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Zol postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Mach struggling a bit here.
Mach might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Zol kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Mach is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Zol's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
Zol seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Mach is looking for a sweep. Zol is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Zol lands a massive shot from half guard that has rocked Mach! More strikes land and this one is all over! Zol jumps to his feet and is applauded loudly by the crowd!
