The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pea tries to clinch but Ferreira is having none of it.
Ferreira lands with a hook. Pea tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Pea changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Ferreira looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Pea goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Ferreira has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Pea but great work by Ferreira.

Ferreira is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Ferreira feints and then cracks Pea's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Pea down.

Ferreira closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Ferreira feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Pea's calf.
Ferreira lands a big head kick that sends Pea to the canvas! Ferreira follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
