Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Thomas Michael!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Sean Jackson!
The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Winston Howard and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson lands a head kick. Michael smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Jackson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Michael tries to avoid it but Jackson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Michael to the ground. Michael escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Jackson lands with a slapping head kick.
Michael looks to land a left hand but Jackson moved out of range nicely.
Jackson tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Michael swivels and escapes.
Jackson misses with a combination
and Michael counters with a shoot takedown. Jackson fights it but they end up in guard.
Jackson is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Jackson keeping moving, preventing Michael from controlling successfully.
Michael is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Jackson is working an open guard so Michael takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Jackson pulls out of a head kick attempt.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Michael leaves Jackson with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Thomas Michael has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sean Jackson.
Michael misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Jackson makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Oooooh!!! Michael has knocked Jackson down with a huge combo! Michael steps away and waves a wobbly Jackson back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Jackson is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Jackson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Jackson is still on wobbly legs! Can Michael finish him?
Michael has taken the fight to the clinch.
Jackson trying to control the position but instead, Michael has worked for underhooks and has pushed Jackson into the cage.
Michael gets control of Jackson's arms and successfully pulls guard. Michael will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Michael kicks Jackson off and gets to his feet.
Michael dives in and gets a big takedown. He lands in full mount and immediately unloads a series of heavy strikes! Jackson has had enough and taps out.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Thomas Michael!
