Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Curtis Enis!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Rig Dig!
The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dig closes the distance and clinches up with Enis, looking for a takedown. Dig pushes Enis against the cage but Enis circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Enis shoots in for a double leg but Dig sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Enis keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Enis tries to score a power double leg takedown but Dig sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Enis somewhat.
Enis looks for a takedown but Dig sprawls well.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Curtis Enis. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Enis will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Dig shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Dig showed some decent athleticism there.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Dig is looking for a kimura but Enis is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Dig to get the leverage.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Dig is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Dig is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Enis has managed to free his arm - good work.
Dig works his foot free and advances to mount.
Dig trying to control but Enis is having none of it.
Dig seems to be looking to move to his opponent's back but Enis is holding on tight.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Dig goes for an armbar but Enis turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Enis.

Enis got a little sloppy there for a moment and Dig has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Enis has managed to get both his arms back between Dig's legs - danger averted.
Dig keeping moving, preventing Enis from controlling successfully.
Enis is fighting to break Dig's control of his arms but Dig is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Dig is looking to sinch up a triangle. Enis throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Dig's body to avoid the submission. Dig has instead reached around Enis's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Dig arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Rig Dig!
Rig Dig tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
