The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Kenichi Hosakawa and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arderson Silva fails to land the takedown.
Arderson Silva dives in and grabs Recto's left leg, looking for a takedown. Recto pushes down on Arderson Silva's head and hops out.
Recto plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
A looping hook to the body misses from Recto. Arderson Silva does a little dance to reset his feet.
Arderson Silva closes the distance and pushes Recto back into the cage.
Recto wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Arderson Silva ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Arderson Silva no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Recto connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Recto throws a right and a left that Arderson Silva avoids nicely.
Recto ducks down and throws a hook to the body.

Recto lands a brutal head kick. Arderson Silva looks out on his feet and Recto throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
