Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Saku Vippera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sergei Terentiev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Saku Vippera! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Sergei Terentiev! The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Vladimir Khabensky and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice takedown defense from Vippera. No joy for Terentiev on that attempt. Vippera shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Vippera throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Vippera takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Vippera perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Terentiev really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Vippera. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Terentiev is staying active underneath Vippera, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Vippera not doing much here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Vippera has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Vippera seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Terentiev for as long as he can get away with.
That's one minute gone in the round. Vippera tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Terentiev. Still in half guard, Vippera seems content to control. Terentiev is looking to improve his position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Vippera trying to control the action but Terentiev is working from the bottom.
The referee stands the fighters back up. Saku Vippera just wasn't active enough from the dominant position. Vippera changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Terentiev looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Vippera is breathing heavily. Terentiev is looking for a sweep. Vippera is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Terentiev knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Vippera tries to move to mount but Terentiev blocks the move with his legs. Terentiev tries to improve position but can't.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Vippera tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily. Terentiev sneaks back into half guard. Vippera uses his free foot to push down on Terentiev's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Terentiev. The referee warns Terentiev that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Vippera jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Terentiev manages to avoid the submission attempt. Vippera lands a few punches from side control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Vippera misses with the ground and pound. Terentiev is trying to buck Vippera off. Vippera in side control lands a decent elbow. Vippera advances to full mount. Vippera content just to control the position here. A nice elbow there by Vippera. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Saku Vippera dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Vippera looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Terentiev! Vippera lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Terentiev hang on? Vippera landing strikes from the mount. Terentiev is in all sorts of trouble here.
Vippera is landing with some decent strikes but Terentiev is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Terentiev tries to get back to half guard but can't. Vippera cracks Terentiev with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Vippera controlling from the full mount. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Vippera has isolated one of Terentiev's arms. Terentiev looking to fight him off but Vippera twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
