Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jia O Connor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Crackcorn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). O Connor's entrance music is Parkway Drive - Feed them to the pigs. A fine choice. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jia O Connor!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Johnny Crackcorn!
The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Steve Erwin and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
O Connor with a nice cross.
It looks like Johnny Crackcorn has been cut.
Crackcorn shoots and misses
and O Connor counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
O Connor slaps away a takedown attempt from Crackcorn, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Crackcorn tries for a takedown but O Connor circles away easily
and O Connor counters with a straight right hand.
Jia O Connor has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Johnny Crackcorn.
This has been an exciting period of action!
O Connor fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Crackcorn looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Crackcorn looks gassed!
Crackcorn misses with a takedown attempt
and O Connor counters with a beautiful punch that sends Crackcorn to the canvas!
Crackcorn is rocked!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
O Connor passes Crackcorn's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Crackcorn is still in real trouble! Can O Connor finish him?
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
O Connor trying to mount his opponent but Crackcorn defends it.
Crackcorn seems to have recovered his senses.
O Connor thows a huge punch but Crackcorn dodges it nicely.
O Connor is looking for a kimura but Crackcorn is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for O Connor to get the leverage.
O Connor will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Crackcorn wants to improve his position but O Connor is controlling well.
O Connor missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
O Connor trying to control the action but Crackcorn is working from the bottom.

O Connor is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
O Connor trying to pass the guard but Crackcorn defending well.

O Connor prevents Crackcorn from improving his position.
O Connor is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Crackcorn reverses the position - he's now on top in O Connor's guard.
O Connor tries to strike from the bottom.
O Connor not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
O Connor escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Crackcorn gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
O Connor pulls Crackcorn in close to prevent any damage.
O Connor looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Crackcorn is defending well. O Connor quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Crackcorn has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! O Connor celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Jia O Connor!
