Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Trainer Trainor!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Micheangelo Fripello and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lomfor throws a body kick that misses.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Lomfor is defended easily by Trainor.
Lomfor looks to land a body kick but Trainor moved away.
Lomfor moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Trainor ducks under a wild hook from Lomfor.
Trainor moves out of range as Lomfor strikes.
Trainor takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Lomfor misses with a few strikes there.
Trainor moves out of range of the body kick from Lomfor.
Lomfor shoots in for a takedown but Trainor shows good takedown defense.
Trainor closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Lomfor's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Lomfor has momentary wrist control but Trainor slips an elbow through the middle.
Lomfor wants to get back to his feet but Trainor is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Trainor gets to his feet. Lomfor looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Trainor feints and as Lomfor raises his hands in defense, Trainor changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Trainor slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lomfor working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Trainor.
Lomfor wants to stand and escape but Trainor is having none of it.
Trainor trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Trainor won't allow Lomfor to sweep him here.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Trainor slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Trainor trying to control the position from guard on top but Lomfor is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

We're going to have a standup here because Trainer Trainor wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Lomfor avoids the head kick by Trainor.
Lomfor throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Trainor pushes Lomfor up against the cage in a clinch.
Lomfor stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Lomfor is pressed up against the cage. Trainor has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Lomfor down to the mat. Lomfor avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Trainor swats away the attempt to clinch by Lomfor.
Lomfor throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Trainor rushes Lomfor and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Lomfor trying to stall but Trainor improves his position.
Lomfor is trying to slow the pace down but that's a couple of times in a row that he's tried to get underhooks and Trainor has denied him.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Lomfor taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
Lomfor misses with a body punch.
Lomfor is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Jim Lomfor.
Lomfor tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Trainor manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Lomfor shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Trainor but Trainor pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Trainer Trainor has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jim Lomfor.
Trainor shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Trainor content to stall in guard here.
Trainor sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Lomfor's guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Lomfor is staying active underneath Trainor, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Trainor winds up and cracks Lomfor with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Trainor decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Trainor has taken the fight to the clinch.
Lomfor has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Trainor is trying to keep an underhook but Lomfor manages to get the takedown into half guard.
Trainor regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Lomfor.
Trainor striking off his back but it's not causing Lomfor any problems.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Lomfor has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Trainor to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Lomfor is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Trainor pulls down on the head and he's put Lomfor to sleep! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Trainer Trainor!
