Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Junior Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oscar Grouch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Oscar Grouch is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Junior Santos! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Oscar Grouch! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Frank Dennis and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Santos closes the distance and clinches up with Grouch, looking for a takedown. Santos pushes Grouch against the cage but Grouch circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Santos drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Santos accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Santos looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Santos really is a fat lump. Grouch wants to stand up but Santos is controlling him. Santos postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
That's one minute gone in the round. Santos missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Santos scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Grouch wants to stand and escape but Santos is having none of it. Santos gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Grouch stuffs the takedown attempt from Santos. Santos gets slowly back to his feet. Santos fails with a takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Junior Santos. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Santos closes this distance looking for a takedown but Grouch circles away. A head kick misses from Santos. Grouch checks a low kick from Santos. Grouch misses with a wild combination.
Santos shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Grouch but Grouch pushes him off and we're back to square one. Grouch throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Santos scores a takedown into full mount! Santos is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Grouch has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Santos punishing his opponent with strikes. The referee warns Grouch that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Santos lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Santos looking to control and managing it successfully. Santos jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Grouch manages to avoid the submission attempt. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Santos is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Grouch is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Junior Santos dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Grouch rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Santos moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Santos shoots in and bounces Grouch off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Santos gets to his feet. Grouch looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Santos tries to clinch up but Grouch circles away and keeps his distance. Grouch misses with the combination.
That's one minute gone in the round. Grouch misses with a wild combination.
Santos misses with a lunging right hand
and Grouch connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Santos closes the distance and clinches up with Grouch, looking for a takedown. Santos pushes Grouch against the cage but Grouch circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Santos swings for the body but Grouch moves out of range.
Santos fails with a takedown attempt. The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky. Santos tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Santos tries to clinch but Grouch is having none of it. Grouch lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Santos circles away quickly and effectively. Santos pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Santos misses with a wild combination.
Junior Santos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Santos fails with an attempt to clinch.
Junior Santos is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Santos shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Junior Santos. That's going to take a lot out of him. Santos pushes Grouch up against the cage in a clinch. Grouch tries to break the clinch but Santos is controlling the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Santos wants a takedown.
Santos stalling in the clinch but Grouch improves position. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Santos displaying some good clinch control by pressing Grouch up against the cage. Santos jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Grouch walks away with a smile on his face. Santos gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. A swing and a miss from Santos. Santos tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Grouch swivels and escapes.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Santos shoots for a double leg takedown but Grouch sprawls well. He's pushed Santos's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Grouch leaves Santos with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Grouch lands with a nice combination. Santos backs away looking to recover.
It looks like Junior Santos has been cut. Grouch throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Santos. Oscar Grouch seems to be getting the better of the standup. Grouch comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Grouch drops Santos with a beautiful combination! Santos stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Grouch is looking for the KO!
Santos is rocked! The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Grouch connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Santos to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Grouch!
