Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Willie Davidson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Will Brawler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brawler has chosen Simple Man by Downsiid as his entrance music. Willie Davidson could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Will Brawler's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Willie Davidson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Will Brawler! The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Davidson scores with a takedown into Brawler's guard. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Davidson trying to control the position from guard on top but Brawler is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Davidson has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Davidson in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Brawler had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Davidson defends it easily. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Davidson advances to half guard. Brawler is trying to maintain the position but Davidson is very close to passing his half guard. Davidson is working for a kimura but Brawler is defending it quite comfortably.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Brawler trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!

Davidson lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Brawler hang on? Davidson lands a heavy elbow.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Davidson landing strikes from the mount and Brawler is in trouble! Brawler is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.

Davidson controlling his opponent. Davidson with a couple of short strikes. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Brawler bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Davidson isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Brawler stacks Davidson on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Brawler!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Brawler tries for a kimura but Davidson is defending well. Brawler scoring with punches and elbows. Brawler tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Brawler has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Davidson is looking to regain half guard here but Brawler keeps moving and retains side control.

No, Davidson has escaped the position, nice work there. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Willie Davidson will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
The fight stays on the outside here - Davidson looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Davidson fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Davidson lands with a nice body punch. Davidson cracks Brawler with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Davidson closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Brawler did well to prevent Davidson getting side control. Davidson not landing any meaningful shots this time. Davidson is keen to just control but Brawler is a slippery customer. Willie Davidson overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
That's one minute gone in the round. Brawler makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Brawler. Davidson works a leg free and moves into half guard. Davidson works his way into side control. Davidson will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Brawler is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Davidson throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Davidson tries to pass the half guard into mount. Brawler knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Brawler slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Davidson is looking to work some ground and pound but Brawler has wrist control. Brawler is looking for a triangle but Davidson pushes his legs off easily.
Davidson stands and steps away. Brawler gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Davidson moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Brawler looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Davidson is fending him off so far but Brawler persists. Nope, Davidson circles away and we're back to standing. Davidson closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Brawler is staying active underneath Davidson, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Davidson working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Brawler is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Davidson scores with a couple of nice shots. Davidson sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Brawler defending well though. Davidson looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Brawler looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Davidson has decided to stand back up but his arm is trapped. Whilst he's worrying about his arm, Brawler works to full guard. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Davidson accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Davidson makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Davidson thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Brawler is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Davidson is aware though and is defending well. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Willie Davidson dominated that second round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Davidson shoots in and gets a takedown into Brawler's guard. Brawler pushes a forearm under Davidson's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Davidson is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:25 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Will Brawler! Will Brawler was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
