Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jimbo Slice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Harry Pigeon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pigeon has chosen Hank Williams Jr. - Country Boy Can Survive as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Ian Loll and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slice shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Pigeon sprawls well. Pigeon wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Slice gets slowly back to his feet.
Pigeon looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Pigeon tries for a takedown but Slice sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Pigeon swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Slice thuds a left hand into Pigeon's body.
Slice avoids the body shot from Pigeon.
Slice shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Pigeon napping and manages to drive through into side control!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Slice cracks Pigeon with a big right hand but Pigeon just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Slice looks up at the clock and then as Pigeon takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Slice smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Slice creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.

Pigeon has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Slice is working away from the top position though.
Slice takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Pigeon is trying to get back to full guard.
Pigeon is staying active underneath Slice, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Slice is really struggling to control Pigeon but he's trying to hold on to the position.

Slice working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Slice throws a strike but Pigeon avoids it easily and moves to full guard.
Pigeon is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.

Pigeon has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Slice off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

Pigeon shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Slice but Slice pushes him off and we're back to square one.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Slice gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Pigeon to score an easy takedown into full guard.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Slice pulls Pigeon in close to his closed guard and prevents Pigeon from doing any damage or advancing position.

Slice takes a swing at Pigeon's ribcage but misses.

Pigeon throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Pigeon throws a series of punches but Slice avoids them all with ease.
Harry Pigeon is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Pigeon lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

Jimbo Slice has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Harry Pigeon.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Slice, as that shot connected.
Pigeon uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Slice.
Slice dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Pigeon is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Slice regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Pigeon.

and Slice connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Slice is working Pigeon over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Pigeon has his foot on Slice's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Slice works his way back into a safe position though.
Pigeon has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Slice can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Jimbo Slice.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Slice, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Jimbo Slice really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Torment Fightwear logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
