Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Glenn Kenny (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tomba Woomla (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Glenn Kenny! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tomba Woomla! The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Donatello Bradman and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kenny fails with the takedown. Woomla misses with a takedown attempt and Kenny counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Kenny. Woomla is looking for a triangle here but Kenny uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Woomla taking a bit of punishment here - Kenny scoring with strikes. Woomla is not content to let Kenny control the position. Kenny decides to stand up, so the ref orders Woomla to his feet. Kenny shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Kenny showed some decent athleticism there. Woomla blocking the ground and pound attempt from Kenny.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kenny tries to stand but can't do so whilst Woomla controls his leg. Kenny controlling the action here. Kenny is looking to pass Woomla's guard but actually Woomla recovers to full guard. Woomla wants to stand but Kenny is controlling the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Kenny working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Kenny postures up in Woomla's guard and throws a big left but Woomla blocks it.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Kenny pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Kenny tries to clinch there but Woomla circles away.
Woomla tries for a takedown but Kenny circles away easily and Kenny counters with a nice double leg into side control. Woomla won't be happy with that. Kenny misses with the ground and pound. Woomla can't do much from the bottom here. Woomla really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kenny. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Woomla trying his best to control but Kenny has mounted him. Kenny is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Woomla can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kenny can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Woomla is looking to escape. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Kenny cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Kenny putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Kenny moves to take his opponent's back. What can Woomla do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!

That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Kenny is hanging on to Woomla's back as he tries to escape.
Woomla should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Woomla looking very determined here, making life difficult for Kenny.
Kenny is breathing heavily. Woomla holding both Kenny 's hands and preventing any damage. Kenny is controlling his opponent, waiting for an opportunity to finish. Kenny is looking for the choke from the back position but Woomla is controlling his hands well. Kenny missing with strikes. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Kenny fails with the takedown and Woomla decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Kenny's guard. Kenny has Woomla pulled in close to control his posture. Woomla trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Kenny can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Woomla controls the pace. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Kenny has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Woomla has passed into side control.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
That's one minute gone in the round. Woomla wants to lay and pray for a moment but Kenny keeps working. Woomla throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Kenny works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure. Woomla is looking for a kimura but Kenny is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Woomla to get the leverage. The fighters are battling for position here. Kenny manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Kenny keeping moving, preventing Woomla from controlling successfully. Kenny keeping full guard, as Woomla tries to pass.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Kenny not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Kenny has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Woomla stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Kenny swivels though and keeps the full guard. Woomla must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Kenny pulls Woomla in close to prevent any damage. Glenn Kenny overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Kenny looking for a guillotine here but Woomla defends easily.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Kenny not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Kenny tries to close the distance and clinch up but Woomla swats him away and circles back towards the center. Kenny has managed to clinch.
Woomla is trying to break free. Woomla manages to pull guard.
Kenny postures up.

Kenny doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Kenny manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Woomla is looking to stand up but Kenny isn't so interested in that idea. Kenny stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Woomla swivels though and keeps the full guard. Woomla working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Kenny. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Woomla doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Kenny wants to control from the top but Woomla keeps moving. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tomba Woomla showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Woomla has taken the fight to the clinch.
Woomla changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Kenny fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Woomla loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Woomla controlling from the top position. Kenny looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Kenny working a defensive guard here.
Kenny has his foot on Woomla's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Woomla works his way back into a safe position though.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Kenny lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Woomla! Woomla is squirming around, avoiding Kenny's attempts to control the action. Kenny looking to control and managing it successfully. Kenny has isolated one of Woomla's arms. Woomla looking to fight him off but Kenny twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
