Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Roman Pavluchenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcus McBorin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Roman Pavluchenko has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Roman Pavluchenko! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Marcus McBorin! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Daniel Franklin and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McBorin manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Pavluchenko on his heels. He'll look to pass Pavluchenko's guard now, I'm sure. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. McBorin scores with a decent looking elbow strike. McBorin missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. McBorin stands and throws Pavluchenko's legs to the side, diving into side control. Pavluchenko tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops. McBorin trying desperately to keep hold of the dominant position.
McBorin throwing lazy shots from the back mount that aren't doing any damage. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. McBorin looking to hold on to the position here but Pavluchenko rolls and ends up regaining guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. McBorin is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. McBorin throws a strike but Pavluchenko rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Pavluchenko wants to stand but McBorin has a closed guard, so he can't escape. McBorin has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Pavluchenko should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, McBorin has tightened it up now! Pavluchenko should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
