The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mathiew pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Mathiew avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Mathiew throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Six checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Mathiew lands with a kick to the temple. Six shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

It looks like Choel Six has been cut.
Mathiew throws a head kick but Six moves out of range.

Six drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Mathiew wants to get back to his feet but Six is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Six wants to get up but he can't break Mathiew's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Six wants to control from the top but Mathiew keeps moving.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Choel Six was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Six shoots in but Mathiew avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Mathiew tries a head kick but it misses.
