Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Leeeeooooooorrrrrryyyyy Jenkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hairik Hunt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jenkins comes to the cage accompanied by Mortal Kombat. Hunt comes into a darkened arena with his song building. If You're Gonna Be Dumb kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Hairik Hunt told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
12 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Leeeeooooooorrrrrryyyyy Jenkins! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
13 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Hairik Hunt! The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Skip Squint and Donatello Bradman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jenkins closes the distance and pushes Hunt back into the cage. Hunt breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Hunt takes the fight into the clinch. Jenkins tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Jenkins tries to pull guard but Hunt forces him back to his feet, against the cage. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Leeeeooooooorrrrrryyyyy Jenkins. That's going to take a lot out of him. Hunt escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Hunt moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
It looks like Leeeeooooooorrrrrryyyyy Jenkins has been cut. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Jenkins is looking to clinch but Hunt is avoiding it.
Jenkins shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Hunt thuds a left hand into Jenkins's body. Jenkins is breathing heavily. Hunt swats away the attempt to clinch by Jenkins. Hunt misses with a series of wild punches.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jenkins tries to clinch but Hunt is having none of it. Jenkins moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Hunt takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Leeeeooooooorrrrrryyyyy Jenkins's cut is getting worse. Jenkins tries to clinch up and Hunt connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Hairik Hunt seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Jenkins doesn't manage to clinch there - Hunt circles away.
Hunt pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Hunt moves into range and clinches up with Jenkins.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hunt wants to break free but Jenkins has control.
Hunt's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Jenkins walks into a jab. Hunt lands a jab-cross combination.
Leeeeooooooorrrrrryyyyy Jenkins's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it. Jenkins tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Hunt manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Hunt clinches. Jenkins is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Hunt to keep the fight standing. Jenkins gets control of Hunt's arms and successfully pulls guard. Jenkins will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Jenkins has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Hunt can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hunt wants to get up but he can't break Jenkins's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Jenkins working for a triangle but Hunt defends it easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hunt seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jenkins throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Hunt working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Jenkins keeping full guard, as Hunt tries to pass. Jenkins is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Hunt rolls with it to try and escape but Jenkins cranks on the arm and Hunt is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
