Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tomasz Adamek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and George Kobra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Adamek's entrance music is I Am The Sword - Motorhead . A fine choice. Kobra has chosen Original Kobra. Fuck Yeah. as his entrance music. George Kobra has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
11 - 15 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Tomasz Adamek! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, George Kobra! The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Illya Tyunina and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Adamek shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Kobra but Kobra pushes him off and we're back to square one. Adamek clinches. Adamek breaks the clinch.
Kobra drives through and clinches with Adamek against the cage.
Adamek working some nice short punches in the clinch. Adamek is trying to trip Kobra. He has hold of a leg but Kobra is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Adamek persists though and gets the takedown into guard. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Adamek is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Adamek with a nice head shot there. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Adamek controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
That's one minute gone in the round. Adamek slips nicely into half guard. Adamek is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Kobra! Adamek controlling the position easily from mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Adamek lands a big shot there that rocks Kobra but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Adamek lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Kobra hang on?
It looks like George Kobra has been cut. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Adamek working away from the top, dropping strikes.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Adamek lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Adamek has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Kobra's face.
Kobra really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Adamek. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Kobra has left one of his arms exposed and Adamek doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Kobra screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Tomasz Adamek! During a confident post fight interview, Tomasz Adamek thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
