Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between JP Mcallen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Armando De Luca (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, JP Mcallen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Armando De Luca!
The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Yukihiro Shimada and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De Luca misses the jab.
De Luca scores with a jab to the body.
Mcallen closes the distance and pushes De Luca back into the cage.
De Luca pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
De Luca throws a low kick but Mcallen avoids it.
Mcallen takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

De Luca feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Mcallens jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Mcallen wants to clinch up but De Luca keeps it at a distance.

De Luca connects with an inside leg kick.
Mcallen has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from De Luca finds it's way round the side to connect with Mcallen's head.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
De Luca uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Mcallen.
De Luca swats away the attempt to clinch by Mcallen.

Mcallen uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by De Luca.
Mcallen has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Mcallen there as he acknowledges the shot.

A frustrated look appears on De Luca's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Mcallen breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
De Luca misses with a series of wild punches.

Mcallen takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

De Luca connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Mcallen momentarily.

A head kick from De Luca lands but Mcallen takes it in his stride.
JP Mcallen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
De Luca lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

Mcallen tries to close the distance and clinch up but De Luca swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Mcallen shoots in and drives through. De Luca sprawls well.
De Luca looks to land a combination but Mcallen avoids it well.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
A looping hook to the body misses from De Luca. Mcallen does a little dance to reset his feet.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
De Luca takes a swing at Mcallen's ribcage but misses.
Mcallen slips under a jab.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Armando De Luca dominated that round.

Mcallen avoids a punch combination nicely.

and Mcallen counters with a crisp right that sends De Luca to the canvas! Mcallen follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
