And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Junior Sagat!
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Yukihiro Shimada and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sagat closes this distance looking for a takedown but Black circles away.
Black throws a leg kick but Sagat checks it.
Black throws a body kick that misses.
A good leg kick by Black.
Sagat thows a body shot but no joy.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Sagat.
Black is looking to land body kicks.
Sagat misses with a looping left.
Sagat takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Black keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Black thows a body kick. Sagat tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Black scores with a head kick.
It looks like Junior Sagat has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Black cracks Sagat with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Sagat avoids the head kick by Black.
Black jabs at Sagat's body.
That's one minute gone in the round.

Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Black! Sagat is out on his feet! Black rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Sagat is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Sagat is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:13 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mental Black!
Mental Black bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
