That was a close round but I would say that Samuel Elazei will probably get the nod.

Jones avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Jones changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Elazei tries to avoid it but Jones manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Elazei to the ground. Elazei escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Elazei throws a hook to the side of Jones's head but Jones sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
