The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some bone on bone action there as Gracie checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Trochowzski ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Trochowzski changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Trochowzski throws a good cross that connects.
Gracie could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Trochowzski, right into the meat.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Gracie is breathing heavily.
Trochowzski throws a nice inside leg kick.
Trochowzski thuds his shin into the meat of Gracie's side.
Good leg kick by Trochowzski there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Trochowzski cracks Gracie with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Trochowzski has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Gracie to stand back up!
Gracie is rocked!
It looks like Royce Gracie has been cut.
Gracie walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles Gracie limp body while Trochowzski jumps on to the cage and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Szymon Trochowzski!
