Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Alejandro Rua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mohamed Adbo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Rua is defended easily by Adbo.

Adbo lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Rua circles away quickly and effectively.

That was a close round but I would say that Alejandro Rua will probably get the nod.

Rua is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Adbo is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Adbo has escaped and now he's on top!

Rua changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Adbo tries to avoid it but Rua manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Adbo to the ground. Adbo escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
