The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bright has his takedown stuffed
and Smith counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Smith drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Smith jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Bright keeping moving, preventing Smith from controlling successfully.
Smith trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Bright is looking to stand back up but Smith counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Bright.
Smith is trying for a kimura here. Bright looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Smith wins by kimura!
