Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Vic Vantrell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeremy Lynch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lynch has chosen System of a down- Chop Suey as his entrance music. Jeremy Lynch has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Vic Vantrell!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Albert Achterberg and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lynch avoids the head kick by Vantrell.
Lynch throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Lynch lands a nice leg kick that just misses Vantrell's sensitive parts.
Lynch keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Lynch looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Lynch lands a head shot.
Vantrell moves in looking to clinch but Lynch pushes him off.
Vantrell scores with a jab to the body.
Vantrell fails with a takedown attempt.
Lynch misses with a looping left.
Lynch lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Vantrell changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Lynch tries to avoid it but Vantrell manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Lynch to the ground. Lynch escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Lynch thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Lynch wants to control from the top but Vantrell keeps moving.

Vantrell looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Vantrell is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Lynch accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Vantrell is looking for a triangle but Lynch pushes his legs off easily.

Lynch passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Lynch wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Vantrell, who protects the arm well.
Lynch is looking to take a break and control but Vantrell is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Vantrell tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Lynch looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Lynch is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Vantrell knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lynch working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
You can see the frustration on Vantrell's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Vantrell is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Lynch off and has taken his back!
Lynch tries to escape but Vantrell has the hooks in and won't let him break free.
Lynch is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Watch the back of the head! Comes the shout from the referee towards Vantrell.

Vantrell doesn't have the hooks in and Lynch manages to turn into his guard.
Vantrell has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Lynch can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Vantrell shoots in looking for a takedown. Lynch tries to sprawl out of it but Vantrell keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Lynch manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Lynch lands with a hook. Vantrell tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Lynch scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Vantrell closes the distance and clinches up with Lynch, looking for a takedown. Vantrell pushes Lynch against the cage but Lynch circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Lynch uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Vantrell on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Lynch cracks Vantrell with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Vantrell. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Vantrell has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Lynch to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Vantrell is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Lynch pulls down on the head and he's put Vantrell to sleep! This one is all over!
