Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Robert Lee Rodrigo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Owen Hill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rodrigo comes to the cage accompanied by Die Antwoord- $O$. Hill has chosen Burning Inside as his entrance music. Owen Hill is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rodrigo has taken the fight to the clinch.

Hill jumps guard but Rodrigo turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Hill fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Hill tries to pull guard but Rodrigo forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Robert Lee Rodrigo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Owen Hill.
Hill tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Rodrigo smiles and moves away.
Rodrigo lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
A solid leg kick lands there for Rodrigo.
Hill fails with the takedown
letting Rodrigo counter with a right hand.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Rodrigo connects with a good right hand that stumbles Hill. Hill circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Hill shoots and misses
and Rodrigo counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Hill has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Hill there as he acknowledges the shot.
Robert Lee Rodrigo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rodrigo connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

Hill is rocked!
It looks like Owen Hill has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Rodrigo ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Hill's jaw. Hill's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Rodrigo does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.
