The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coles checks the leg kick.
Nice body punch from Puggles.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Puggles!

It looks like Dennis Coles has been cut.
Puggles thows a body shot but no joy.
Puggles has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Coles.
Coles swings widly with a right hand
and Puggles counters with a thumping low kick.
Puggles will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Dennis Coles seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Coles lands a really nice looking cross but Puggles seems unphased.
Puggles takes one to the chin there.
Coles connects with a solid leg kick.
Coles scores with a jab.
A chopping leg kick lands by Coles.
Coles moves out of range of the body kick from Puggles.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Puggles.
Coles lands a nice looking body shot.
Coles throws a big shot that misses.

Puggles connects with a high kick.
Puggles takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Puggles looks gassed!
Coles lands a really nice looking cross but Puggles seems unphased.
Puggles tries to land a front kick but Coles steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Coles blocks a head kick by Puggles.
Coles is looking to slow Puggles down with leg kicks.
A jab lands there for Coles.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
A nice inside leg kick there by Coles. That's going to slow Puggles down.
A lazy left from Coles finds it's target.
Coles swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Puggles.

Coles darts in and clinches Puggles up against the cage.
Puggles is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Coles.

Puggles's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Coles works over Puggles's head and body with a nice combination.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Coles drops Puggles with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Puggles looks back up at him and smiles so Coles waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Puggles is rocked!
Coles is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Coles throws a shot to the body.
A good leg kick by Coles.
Puggles looks up at the clock. Bad move! Coles lands a right hand from hell, dropping Puggles. Coles pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
