Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bill Timmons (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Franco Schiraz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Timmons comes into the arena with Diamond Eyes blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Bill Timmons !
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Franco Schiraz!
The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Timmons with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Schiraz has his takedown stuffed
and Timmons counters with a right hand to the body.
Schiraz misses with a looping right.
Schiraz misses with a hook
and Timmons counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
It looks like Franco Schiraz has been cut.
Timmons feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Schiraz sprawling to the canvas! Schiraz rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Timmons finish him?!
Schiraz is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Timmons rushes Schiraz and presses him up against the cage.
Schiraz is still on wobbly legs! Can Timmons finish him?
Schiraz is fighting off a takedown attempt but Timmons is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Schiraz to the mat. Schiraz regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Schiraz seems to have recovered his senses.
Schiraz keeping full guard, as Timmons tries to pass.
Schiraz has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Timmons can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Schiraz has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Timmons is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Schiraz.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Timmons controls the position from side control.
Schiraz tries to bench press Timmons off him but Timmons keeps the position.
Schiraz manages to work his way to half guard, despite Timmons 's best efforts.
Schiraz on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Timmons is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Schiraz is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
