Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Justin Skyline (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tony Cottrell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yukihiro Shimada and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cottrell closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Skyline quickly recovers to half guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Cottrell takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Skyline works his way to full guard. Good work.

Cottrell stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Skyline swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Skyline has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Cottrell can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Cottrell drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Cottrell jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Skyline throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Cottrell escapes and throws Skyline's legs to the side, diving into side control!
