Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Laz Herculus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stand Bang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bang comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Mike Tyson clip from Hangover kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Laz Herculus could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Stand Bang's chin.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bang misses with a jab, cross combination.
Herculus slaps away a takedown attempt from Bang, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Bang doesn't manage to clinch there - Herculus circles away.
Nice shot lands for Herculus.
Bang fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Herculus to the ground. Bang is now in Herculus's guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Herculus is looking to stand back up but Bang counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Herculus.
Herculus is trying to maintain the position but Bang is very close to passing his half guard.
Herculus keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Bang throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Bang throwing shots but Herculus is blocking nicely.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Bang not landing any meaningful shots this time.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The fighters are battling for position here. Herculus manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

Bang stands and steps away. Herculus gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

and Herculus counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Stand Bang seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Herculus ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Bang moves away.

Bang lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Bang.

Bang tries to move into range but Herculus moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Bang throws a nice looking combination but Herculus bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Bang takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Herculus throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Bang misses with the combination.
Herculus displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Bang throws out the jab.
Bang takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Laz Herculus is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Bang shoots in for a takedown but Herculus shows good takedown defense.
Herculus jabs at Bang's body.
Donk. Herculus catches Bang right on the button with a cross.
Herculus lands with an overhand left.
BOOM! Herculus lands a beautiful left hook that drops Bang. Bang tries to recover but Herculus is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Bang lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Laz Herculus!
