The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Almasy throws a head kick but Funkyama moves out of range.
Almasy stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Funkyama.
Almasy avoids the head kick by Funkyama.
Donk. Funkyama catches Almasy right on the button with a cross.
Almasy shoots in for a takedown but Funkyama shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

and Funkyama counters with a low kick, right behind Almasy 's knee.

Almasy has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Funkyama finds it's way round the side to connect with Almasy's head.
Chris Funkyama is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Funkyama dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Almasy. That did some damage!

Funkyama feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Almasy sprawling to the canvas! Almasy rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Funkyama finish him?!

Funkyama lands a big head kick that sends Almasy tumbling to the mat! Funkyama takes a step backwards and waves Almasy back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Oh Almasy is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Almasy tries to get into range but Funkyama steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Almasy! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Funkyama scores the big KO victory!
