Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Hoodie Ratty (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nanaki Yotomishi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nanaki Yotomishi is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Hoodie Ratty! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Nanaki Yotomishi! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, James Ackerman and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ratty falls off balance throwing a combination
and Yotomishi counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Ratty thinking. Yotomishi throws a nice outside leg kick. Ratty throws a head kick but Yotomishi moves out of range.
Ratty changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Yotomishi looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Yotomishi is trying to improve his position. Ratty stands up. Ratty tries for a takedown but Yotomishi sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ratty fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Yotomishi to the ground. Ratty is now in Yotomishi's guard. Ratty wanted to stand there but Yotomishi had control of the position. Ratty has gone for a leg lock! Yotomishi slips out almost immediately though and dives into Ratty's guard. Ratty escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Yotomishi gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Ratty looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Ratty is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Yotomishi avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Yotomishi trying to control the position from guard on top but Ratty is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Ratty is looking for a triangle but Yotomishi pushes his legs off easily.
Yotomishi trying to control but Ratty is working from the bottom. Yotomishi is fighting to break Ratty's control of his arms but Ratty is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Yotomishi trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Ratty is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Ratty working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Yotomishi doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Ratty is tightening it up a little... Yotomishi has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Yotomishi reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Yotomishi taps out! Nice BJJ there by Ratty!
