Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Chris Saunders and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alliteration misses with a wild combination.
Alliteration shoots in for a takedown but Ramsey shows good takedown defense.

Alliteration throws a right hand that Ramsey ducks under and follows up with a left that Ramsey also avoids with ease.
Alliteration throws a leg kick which misses Ramsey's front leg but catches the back leg as Ramsey tries to avoid it.

Andy Alliteration seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Alliteration lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Ramsey circles away quickly and effectively.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Alliteration takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Ramsey lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Ramsey.

Alliteration moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Alliteration is rocked!
Ramsey scores with a hook to the body. Alliteration takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Ramsey avoids a punch combination nicely.
Alliteration misses with the combination.
Ramsey lands a jab to Alliteration's midsection.
Ramsey throws a 1-2 combo that connects squarely on Alliteration's jaw, knocking him onto his back! Ramsey dives in looking to finish as Alliteration flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block Ramsey's strikes! Ramsey is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Alliteration's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Alliteration was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:56 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). John Ramsey!
