Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are George Francis, Wesley Smith and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davis shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Davis wants to clinch up but Jackson keeps it at a distance.
Davis shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Jackson pinned against the cage. Jackson gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Dave Davis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jackson doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Davis counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Jackson!
Davis prevents Jackson from getting the reversal.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jackson is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Davis lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Davis is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Jackson is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Jackson defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Davis.

Davis is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Jackson has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Jackson!

Jackson has gone for a leg lock! Davis slips out almost immediately though and dives into Jackson's guard.

Jackson tries to improve his position but Davis has taken his back! Davis has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Jackson tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Davis pushes Jackson away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
