Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tony Jaa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Scott Lewis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Tony Jaa! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Scott Lewis! The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Donald Grub and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jaa pushes Lewis up against the cage in a clinch. Jaa breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Lewis lands a glancing elbow in the clinch. Lewis is trying to break free. Lewis escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Lewis loads up on a big right hand but Jaa slips the punch. Jaa clinches up with Lewis and pushes him back against the cage. Lewis is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Jaa is defending well for now. Lewis's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Lewis doesn't manage to clinch there - Jaa circles away.
Scott Lewis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Lewis uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Jaa.
Jaa slips under a jab from Lewis. Lewis just misses with a punch to the body.
Lewis throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Lewis fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. A decent looking body kick lands there for Jaa. Lewis slips under a jab from Jaa. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Jaa takes a shot right to the bread basket.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jaa throws a head kick but Lewis moves out of range.
Lewis cracks a nice hook into Jaa's ribs. Lewis throws a jab but it's blocked by Jaa. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Lewis, as that shot connected.
Jaa throws a right and a left that both miss. Jaa moves into the clinch successfully.
Jaa blocks the elbow strike.
Lewis lands a nice elbow. Nice body punch from Lewis - that landed with a thud.
Jaa is breathing heavily. Jaa pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Lewis shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Jaa is trying to defend but Lewis finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Jaa regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Lewis. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Jaa avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Lewis in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Lewis slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jaa keeping moving, preventing Lewis from controlling successfully. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Lewis stops Jaa from standing up. Jaa can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Lewis controls the pace. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Lewis accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Jaa wants to get back to his feet but Lewis is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Lewis slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Lewis has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Lewis looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Jaa is trying to buck Lewis off.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lewis is trying to get an arm triangle but Jaa is defending well. Lewis is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Jaa is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Jaa pushes Lewis away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Lewis gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Lewis lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Jaa down.
Lewis advances nicely into full mount. Lewis wants to finish this one by submission but Jaa is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Lewis. Lewis working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Jaa turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Lewis off and cradles Jaa's limp body as Lewis celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Scott Lewis!
