The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bader fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Afolabi to the ground. Bader is now in Afolabi's guard.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Bader has hold of Afolabi's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Afolabi manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Afolabi is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Cameron Bader dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Afolabi gets caught flat footed, as Bader shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Bader in side control here. He's dropped a big elbow there and Afolabi looks hurt! Oh, he is hurt! Bader turns on the heat and pounds him out for a TKO victory! Good killer instinct there!
