Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Amun Ra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Bodybag (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Johnny Bodybag told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
11 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Amun Ra!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
23 - 14 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Johnny Bodybag!
The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Paulsen Ambrosius and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bodybag misses with the combination.
Ra is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Ra shoots in and bounces Bodybag off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Bodybag is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Bodybag is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Ra is aware though and is defending well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bodybag working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Ra doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Ra manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Ra avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Ra trying to control but Bodybag is working from the bottom.
Bodybag has his foot on Ra's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Ra works his way back into a safe position though.
Ra passes into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Ra working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Ra moves into full mount! Bodybag won't be happy about that!
Ra blocks Bodybag's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom.
Ra lands a big elbow.
Ra pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Ra postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Bodybag in real trouble here! The ref calls for Bodybag to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Amun Ra!
